Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Elettro Incorporated ("Elettro", "we", "us") is a digital production agency based at 2231 SW 97th Road, Davie, Florida 33324, USA. This policy covers the elettro.com website and Elettro OS, our internal platform for planning, publishing, and measuring content on social media accounts for the brands we own or manage, including brands we manage for clients.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors

• Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, website link, and the message you send. Forms are processed by our form provider, Formspree.
• Basic usage data: standard server and analytics information such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

From connected social media accounts (Elettro OS)

When an authorized account owner or manager connects a YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other social account to Elettro OS, we receive only what that platform's sign-in screen asks the account owner to approve. Depending on the platform, this can include:

• Account identifiers and profile details (account ID, name, username, profile image).
• The list of Pages, channels, or accounts the person manages and chooses to connect.
• Access tokens that let Elettro OS act on the connected account.
• Content we publish or schedule (videos, images, captions) and its status.
• Aggregated performance metrics and insights (views, reach, engagement, follower counts).

We do not collect passwords for connected platforms. Sign-in happens on the platform's own pages (for example Google or Facebook), which then grant Elettro OS a limited token.

3. How we use information

• To publish and schedule content to the accounts an authorized user has connected.
• To show account performance, reporting, and connection status to the brand's team.
• To reply to inquiries and deliver the services a client has engaged us for.
• To secure, maintain, and troubleshoot our systems.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use data from connected platforms for advertising, profiling, or building audiences, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Google and YouTube data

Elettro OS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Elettro OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to upload and manage videos and to show channel analytics for the channels you connect.

You can revoke Elettro OS's access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings.

5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

Elettro OS uses Meta's Pages API and Instagram API to publish content and read insights for the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you connect. We access only the Pages and accounts you choose during Facebook Login and only with the permissions shown there.

You can remove Elettro OS at any time in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app stops our access immediately.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run Elettro OS and our services:

• The platforms themselves (Google/YouTube, Meta, and others you connect), when we publish content or request data on your behalf.
• Service providers who host or process data for us under confidentiality obligations, such as Amazon Web Services (hosting and encrypted storage) and Formspree (website forms).
• The brand's own team members who are authorized to use Elettro OS for that brand.
• Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Access tokens and app credentials are stored encrypted in a secrets manager, and access is limited to the systems and staff that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data.

8. How long we keep information

We keep connected-account data while the account remains connected and as needed to provide reporting to the brand. When an account is disconnected, its access tokens are deleted and cached platform data is deleted within 30 days, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship.

9. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete data we hold about you or about an account you connected to Elettro OS:

• Disconnect the app on the platform (see sections 4 and 5). This revokes our access right away.
• Email contact@elettro.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account name or ID. We will confirm the request and delete the associated data within 30 days.

If you removed Elettro OS from Facebook or Instagram, you can also request deletion through Meta's app settings; we will process those requests the same way.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

11. Children

Our website and Elettro OS are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
