Terms of Service
The terms for using the elettro.com website and Elettro OS, the publishing platform operated by Elettro Incorporated.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Elettro Incorporated ("Elettro", "we", "us"), 2231 SW 97th Road, Davie, Florida 33324, USA. They cover the elettro.com website and Elettro OS, our platform for planning, publishing, and measuring content on social media accounts. By using the website or Elettro OS, or by connecting an account to Elettro OS, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use Elettro OS
Elettro OS is not open to the public. Only Elettro staff and people Elettro authorizes, such as a client brand's team, may sign in. You must be at least 18 and have the authority to act for the brand and the social accounts you connect.
3. Connected accounts and platform terms
When you connect a social account, you authorize Elettro OS to publish content you or your brand's team approve, and to read that account's basic details and analytics. Each platform's own terms also apply:
- YouTube: Elettro OS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Reddit: the terms and policies of each platform apply to the accounts you connect there.
You can revoke Elettro OS's access at any time from the platform's own settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, images, music, and text you or your brand provide. You give Elettro permission to store, edit, format, and publish that content to the accounts you connect, only to deliver the service. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you ask us to publish, including music and footage.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Elettro OS to:
- publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or against a platform's rules;
- send spam or artificially inflate views, followers, or engagement;
- access accounts you are not authorized to manage; or
- interfere with, reverse engineer, or try to get around the security of Elettro OS.
We may pause or remove content, or suspend access, if we believe these Terms or a platform's rules are being broken.
6. Ending use
You may stop using Elettro OS and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may end access with notice, or right away for a serious breach. When an account is disconnected, we delete its access tokens and its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Client agreements
If your brand has a separate written agreement with Elettro, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
Elettro OS and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". Social platforms change their features, limits, and rules, and they may delay, reject, or remove posts. We do not promise any particular reach, views, or results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Elettro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or followers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or Elettro OS is limited to the amount you paid Elettro for Elettro OS in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website or Elettro OS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
